Terms & Conditions
General
- The client will give complete and accurate information and any other relevant details regarding medical history and health, and will inform Pure Momentum Fitness of any changes that occur which may affect training programmes and treatments.
- The client understands that Pure Momentum Fitness may wish to contact their GP or other health care providers regarding treatments, and that the client will be asked to give permission before this is done.
- Where consent is required from the client’s doctor or another medical professional, and this has been refused or not given, Pure Momentum Fitness will discontinue treatment or decline to treat the client.
- The client understands that Pure Momentum Fitness may refuse to undertake treatment or provide health and fitness services should this be contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that the client may present with, due to concerns regarding the health, safety and wellbeing of either the client or the massage therapist.
- Pure Momentum Fitness may, at their own discretion, refuse, discontinue or defer services. Examples of when this may occur include:
- If the client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of treatment;
- If the client has withheld or not provided information relevant to treatment;
- If the client’s actions, words or behaviour are inappropriate;
- If the client is threatening, aggressive or violent, or in any way poses a risk.
- Pure Momentum Fitness service times will never be less than the time paid for.
- Pure Momentum Fitness will only provide services that they are qualified and insured to deliver.
- Pure Momentum Fitness reserves the right to increase without notice its standard prices, discounted prices and offers published within this website or in other literature, websites, marketing material, price lists or in any other medium.
- All programme and personal training packages must be used within a 12 month period.
- All individual personal training subscription require a minimum commitment of 3 months
Cancellation Policy
- If the client needs to cancel a booking, at least 24 hours notice is required.
- Bookings cancelled with 24 hours or more prior notice incur no charge.
- Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice incur a 100% charge.
- All service packages are non refundable once the agreement has been signed between Pure Momentum Fitness and the client.
- All personal training subscriptions follow a minimum 12 week programme.
