Pain and Stress Management Programme

  • Improving overall posture and lifestyle will improve function, reduce pain and improve wellbeing.
  • Back pain and neck pain can often be improved or eradicated with a sound corrective programme.
  • Traditional body building training causes muscle tightness, pain and postural issues.

What we can do?

  1. Complete a Par Q, a set of nutrition and lifestyle questionnaires and a food diary.
  2. Initial 3 hour consultation to establish goals, discuss medical history, systems health and to conduct a full biomechanics assessment. This assessment would include static and dynamic postural assessment, a range of orthopaedic assessments (to include range of motion, special tests and neurological tests).
  3. Core Function Assessments  РAssess core musculature for weakness and/or imbalances.
  4. Individualised and periodised corrective exercise programme and lifestyle coaching presented in a manual. Will include monthly plan, lifestyle adaptations, stretches and mobilizations and exercise programme(s).
  5. 1 or 2 personal training sessions to demonstrate exercises.

In addition to the above programme, monthly personal training subscriptions can be purchased for 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week. Please see below for further details.

All individual personal training subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 months.
